It digitizes paper stock certificates along with stock options, derivatives and warrants to create a real-time picture on who owns how much of a security in a company.Carta used this Series A pitch deck in raising capital $7M in funding. The round was led by Union Square Ventures and there were other investors such as Spark Capital, Service Provider Capital, Haystack and others. Carta has raised a total of $627.8M in funding between 2012 and 2020.
